AB04. TCM syndrome analysis in 167 cases of advanced gastric cancer

Objective: To studythe distributing law of TCM syndrome about advanced gastric cancer.

Methods: We collected 167 cases of advanced gastric cancer in our hospital and distinguished them by six common types of TCM syndrome, at the same time analyzed the data.

Results: The TCM syndrome distributing frequency of advanced gastric cancer in descending order is deficiency cold of spleen and stomach, Qi stagnation and blood stasis, deficiency of qi and blood, yin deficiency by stomach heat, stomach disorder due to liver-Qi, Phlegm condensation.

Conclusions: The most common TCM syndrome of advanced gastric cancer is deficiency cold of spleen and stomach.
